Each attendee is responsible for booking and guaranteeing their own reservation directly with the hotel using the promo code BIOTECH2026. Please note that failing to use this code will affect our block room allocation. Upon booking with the code, participants will receive a distinctive identification wristband granting access to coffee breaks, the welcome cocktail reception, the gala dinner, and exclusive discounts on local tours.

Rate Policies: Rates are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN), per person, per night, under an All-Inclusive plan based on the selected occupancy. Prices include all mandatory taxes (16% VAT and 4% Lodging Tax) and service charges. Taxes are subject to change in accordance with local government regulations. Rates are subject to an additional Municipal Environmental Sanitation Fee of $80.00 MXN per room, per night.
