Access to all symposium sessions and activities is personal and non-transferable.
Registration grants the right to present authorized papers. Each author may participate in a maximum of two papers, with a limit of 6 authors per paper.
Lodging at the host hotel is highly recommended.
Non-guest participants must pay an access fee of $1,000.00 MXN per person, per day, to enter the 5th BWS (includes access to lecture sessions, poster presentations, and coffee breaks).
Welcome cocktail fee for non-guest attendees: $500.00 MXN.
Gala dinner fee for an accompanying guest: $1,400.00 MXN.
