Important Notes

  • 1 Please attach a valid student ID.
  • 2 Please attach a valid certificate confirming membership in an IPN research network.
  • Access to all symposium sessions and activities is personal and non-transferable.
  • Registration grants the right to present authorized papers. Each author may participate in a maximum of two papers, with a limit of 6 authors per paper.
  • Lodging at the host hotel is highly recommended.
  • Non-guest participants must pay an access fee of $1,000.00 MXN per person, per day, to enter the 5th BWS (includes access to lecture sessions, poster presentations, and coffee breaks).
  • Welcome cocktail fee for non-guest attendees: $500.00 MXN.
  • Gala dinner fee for an accompanying guest: $1,400.00 MXN.
